NTT DATA will combine its GenAI and IT service portfolio, global delivery capability, industry expertise, and trusted client relationships, with Mistral AI’s solutions and advanced generative AI model, which have been recognized for their efficiency and performance. Initial focus areas include
Sustainable and Secure AI Codevelopment: Both companies will develop private AI solutions that are highly secure and sustainable for organizations in regulated industries such as financial services and insurance. The companies will offer end-to-end AI-powered solutions for clients using private clouds, from infrastructure to business process.
- AI Driven Innovation for IT Infrastructure & Customers Experience: These companies will pioneer the integration Mistral AI technologies with NTT DATA’s customer experience platforms. They will begin with agentic AI contact center solutions in Europe & Asia Pacific. Joint projects may include the co-development of LLMs in specific languages to further AI innovation tailored for local markets and specialized requirements.
- Go to Market Expansion: NTT DATA will work with Mistral AI to develop and implement regional go-to market strategies tailored for countries such as France, Luxembourg and Spain. The end-to-end AI service will include use-case creation and customization, implementation, support and managed services. Sales teams will be assigned for the purpose of addressing key client priorities and needs.
NTT DATA is establishing a Mistral AI Center of Excellence staffed by subject matter experts. Mistral AI is also launching a technical certification and enablement program for NTT DATA employees.
