Nominate someone for our 2025 list Of Innovators Under 35

Each year, MIT Technology Review honors 35 young innovators for their pioneering work in a variety of technical fields, including biotechnology and materials science. You can nominate someone for our 2025 list here. The entire process takes only a few moments. The deadline for nominations is 11:59 PM ET, January 20, 2025. Nominate yourself or someone else, anywhere in the globe. The only requirement is that the nominee be under 35 years old on October 1, 2025.

Tell us about people who are making an impact in their career and have made outstanding contributions in their field. Maybe they’ve made an important scientific advancement, founded a business that addresses an urgent problem, discovered a new method to deploy an existing tech that improves the lives of people. If you’d like to nominate someone for this award, you must identify a specific innovation or advance that they are responsible for. We want to recognize innovators who have made significant advances and whose impact extends beyond their immediate scientific community.

In 2025, the class of innovators who will be honored with this distinction will join an impressive list of honorees. In 2008, Andrew Ng was an assistant professor of Stanford and a serial entrepreneur. We profiled Lisu Su at 32 years old. In the same year, Jack Dorsey, 31, was featured. This was two years after he had launched Twitter. Helen Greiner, the co-founder of iRobot was also on the list.
