Apple released its second iOS 26 Beta to developers. The latest update addresses several user complaints related to the new Liquid Glass Design.

Control Center now has a more pronounced blur setting that regulates the new Liquid Glass effects. The background is a darker shade, and there’s more blurring to improve legibility.

Reduce Transparency in Accessibility menu has also been dialed up to make menu items and icons more readable.

Safari now has a new tab button (“+”), located in the lower left corner next the URL box. The Wallet app can now track packages. Siri can scan emails to find tracking numbers.

Apple has also added a section dedicated to Accessibility on App Store listings. Apple Music now has a Live Radio widget and a “Alt 1″a new ringtone.

Apple is expected to launch the iOS 26 public beta in October, while the final consumer release will be released later this fall.
