According to the coalition, Ryan Rippel has been appointed as CEO of NextLadder Ventures. Rippel, a Gates Foundation veteran, challenged the idea of a one size fits all approach and promised new and practical paths. His “design with, not for” position is based on his experience growing up in Missouri in a single parent household, where he experienced some of the problems NextLadder Ventures seeks to solve.
