Oppo will soon add a new member to its A5 line – the A5m. This phone has been listed prematurely by a Polish retailer. The listing includes some of the phone specs and its price in Poland, despite not being official. It will cost PLN 899 which is currently equivalent to approximately $239 or EUR211.
You get a 6.67″ 720×1604 LCD with 90 Hz refresh, the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, a 50MP main camera with 2MP decorative sensor next to that, a 5-megapixel selfie camera and a 6,000mAh battery for that price.
The handset runs Android 15 with Oppo AI. It has a 3.5mm jack for headphones, a fingerprint sensor on the side of the power button and IP65 dust and splash resistance. It weighs 193g and measures 165.71×76.24×7.99mm.
If these specs sound familiar to you, that’s because they’re identical to those for the recently launched Oppo A5 4G. The A5m, then, is a rebranded model of that model, tailored for specific markets.
