Loading times are up 29 percent faster from a new start to the login screen. Google and Roblox are offering Chromebook users some in-game swag themed around speed. You can redeem a Jetpack with the Chrome logo (ofcourse!) Your avatar can fly around like Google-sponsored Buzz Lightyear. You can also redeem “hoverboard” for faster ground travel. Both are listed on Google’spage of perks. This isn’t their first mashup. Last year, the two companies collaborated on a strange game that teaches children about online safety. It was called “interestingly” Be Internet Awesome World. Google confirmed to Engadget
that the x86 version can be installed directly through the Play Store. The storefront will automatically deliver the correct build for your laptop, even though it’s usually where you find the Android versions.
