Nvidia RTX 5090 leaked today as a marketing image for the unannounced new-gen GPU. VideoCardz obtained a box image of the RTX-5090, which indicates that the rumors about 32GB of GDDR7 RAM are true.

The packaging of the Inno3D’s RTX-5090 iChillX3 does not reveal any additional specs about Nvidia’s flagship GPU next-gen, but it does indicate that this model will ship with an 3.5-slot cooling system.

The RTX 5090 will have twice the VRAM as the RTX 5080. The RTX 5080 is rumored include 16GB GDDR7 memory. It’s also rumored that it will have 21,760 CUDA Cores, nearly 1.8TB/s memory bandwidth, and a maximum TDP of 575 watts – 125 watts higher than the RTX 409.

It shouldn’t be long before we get official details about the RTX-50-series GPUs. Nvidia will host a CES keynote on Monday night. The GPU maker is widely anticipated to announce the RTX5090, RTX5080, RTX5070 Ti, RTX5070, and an RTX5090D model specifically for China. Rumors indicate that the RTX 5080 will be released first on January 21, followed by Nvidia’s other RTX 50 series cards.
