Currently, only Cyberpunk 2077 mods allow for any type of gambling. That may change after suspicious billboards arrived with a recent patch. The Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.3 added advertisements for casinos visible when cruising around Night City.
AlthoughCyberpunk mods have attempted to implement gambling, players still yearn for an actual casino. After a recent patch was released, players noticed new billboards promoting high-stakes gaming. Fans speculate whether the North Oak Casino & Country Club, Night City, could reopen fully in the future.
Spotting by Klea Elizabethon social media, the curious ads plaster Night City and Dogtown combat zone. The billboards boast playing cards and poker chip, claiming customers can win big. After consulting other players, it was agreed that the artwork appeared with the Cyberpunk Update 2.3.
CD Projekt Red has worked to make the game’s universe more interactive since its release in 2020. The developer has also added features that were anticipated in the original release, such as the Night City Metro. North Oak Casino & Country Club, which was also shelved, remains inaccessible. The resort is visible, but does not offer the thrill of virtual gaming.
It turns out that the billboards could be advertising a different casino. Kala Elizabeth revealed later how gamers examined the files of the game, which contained the images in question. The files refer to Pacifica Casino which is not yet present in the game. Some players are expecting future patches to include working poker tables or slot machines.
Fans have plenty to play with after the Cyberpunk Update 2.3. Players can navigate more easily with self-driving cars. PC gamers can also benefit from HDR10+ and AMD FSR3.1 frame generation. MacOS users can also experience the open-world action RPG for the first time.
