Unitree, a humanoid robotics company, establishes a new company in Shenzhen (19459000)
According to Qichacha (a Chinese corporate information platform), Shenzhen Tianyi Technology Co. Ltd. was established recently. Its business scope includes the research and development and sales of intelligent robotics, industrial robots and mechanical equipment. It also includes the manufacturing of mechanical, electrical and mechanical equipment and manufacturing service consumer robots. The shareholder information shows that Hangzhou Unitree Technology Co. Ltd. is the sole owner of the company.
Unitree established branch offices previously in Beijing and Shanghai. Both are owned by Unitree Technology, and both are involved in technology promotion and application service.
Unitree Technology is a leader in robotic technology. This is what makes it so competitive. Unitree, in collaboration with the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (SAIL), has developed BeamDojo, a reinforcement learning framework that allows robots to adapt to complex environments and learn autonomously. The H1 robot can now maintain balance in uneven terrain and perform difficult tasks like walking on balance beams or stepping stones. The development of reinforcement learning technology enhances robots’ adaptability to real-world environments and paves the way for commercial applications.
Shenzhen currently has 34 robot companies listed and 9 unicorn companies. Morgan Stanley’s Global Top 100 Humanoid Robot Listed Company list includes seven companies, which represent nearly a quarter (25%) of mainland China’s listed firms. The city is also home to complete machine companies such as Leju Zhongqing Zhijidongli and Ubtech. This creates a strong industrial agglomeration.
