“This contextual understanding allows agents to deliver assistance aligned with your company’s policies and workflows, while generating personalized content that reflects your unique tone and style,” he added. “Users can even monitor agent activity directly from side panels within their favorite Workspace applications.”
Beyond Google’s ecosystem, teams can extend these agents to third-party enterprise platforms and customize workflows by configuring additional integration steps, enhancing flexibility and scalability.
