Editors’ take: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT will launch in about a month, but pricing is still unclear. Amazon’s early listing suggests that it will not undercut Nvidia RTX 5060T, but the leak is likely not AMD’s intended MSRP. The upcoming mainstream GPU will likely face the same price inflation as every other graphics card released in this year (and ..).).

VideoCardz reader recently Amazon has listed XFX Swift graphics card with the upcoming Radeon RX 9060 XT. The now-removed listings, which were priced at $449 for an 8GB model and a $519 version for a 16GB model, are comparable to Nvidia RTX-5060 Ti.

As a comparison, Nvidia lists the 16GB RTX5060 Ti at $430 and the 8GB model at $380. However, the lowest prices available on Newegg currently are $420 and $480.

AMD is yet to confirm the official pricing for either RX9060 XT variant. The XFX Swift listings, however, are likely inflated. It’s not clear by how much.

Meanwhile, leaker @momomo_us spotted a pair of Swiss listings for the RX 9060 XT. The 8GB and 16GB versions were listed at 508 CHF and 556 CHF, respectively, placing the higher-end model roughly 25 percent below the RX 9070.

While these are also unlikely to reflect the final MSRP, they suggest a broader pricing gap between AMD’s tiers compared to the RTX 5060 Ti and 5070.

Aside from pricing, the RX 9060 XT listings mention fan configurations and clock speeds. XFX Swift’s model features a 3,320 MHz boost clock, aligning with earlier leaks that pointed to speeds above 3 GHz. The 8GB version appears to include a dual-fan design.

The RX 9060 XT is expected to use AMD’s Navi 44 GPU, featuring 32 compute units and 20 Gbps GDDR6 VRAM on a 120-bit bus. Custom builders will likely need a power supply with at least 500W.

Reports suggest AMD plans to unveil the RX 9060 XT at the start of Computex on May 18. Nvidia will launch the standard RTX5060 the next day with a confirmed MSRP of $300. The standard RX 9060 that would directly compete against it is still a mystery.

According to reports, Team Red intends to launch the graphics cards at the beginning of Computex, on May 18. Nvidia will unveil the standard RTX-5060 the next day, and has confirmed a price of $300. The standard RX 9060 that would compete with it is not well known. Intel may also debut its Arc B770 during Computex. It’s been unclear for a long time whether Intel would release Battlemage graphics cards beyond the entry-level B580 (which is surprisingly capable), but rumors suggest that the B770 may resemble midrange offerings such as the RTX RTX 4070 or 4080.
