TeamViewer launched TeamViewer Intelligence – a suite of features powered artificial intelligence that aims to streamline IT support. This new platform was designed to help IT professionals by automating their tasks, providing real time insights, and offering in session support to speed up the problem-solving process. TeamView has integrated LLMs into their product in order to make it easier and faster to resolve errors.
TeamViewer Intelligence includes the recently announced TeamViewer CoPilot and builds on their existing analytics capabilities. The goal is for IT teams to reduce their manual workloads and resolve support tickets faster across distributed work environments.
With TeamViewer Intelligence we embed AI directly into support workflows so teams don’t have to switch tools or interrupt their focus to get help. Mei Dent is Chief Product and Technology Officer at TeamViewer. Copilot for Teamviewer
This contextual artificial intelligence assistant is embedded within remote support sessions and allows IT agents to interact in real-time. CoPilot is able to access device data, diagnose problems, create workflows for resolution and even automate tasks such as opening the Task Manager, or retrieving system logging.
Sessions insights & analytics.
This feature gives IT managers an overview of their support operations. It automatically documents and summarizes support sessions. It creates a detailed record of the issues that were resolved using smart tags. This helps with team handovers and performance reviews as well as knowledge sharing.
Ai powered session summaries for assist ar
TeamViewer AI capabilities will be extended to field service technicians, and deskless workers via Assist AR. This feature offers AI-powered session summary that automatically transcribes and captures the main outcomes of remote assistance calls. It helps to quickly document interactions, without disrupting workflow.
TeamViewer Intelligence is now available for customers who have TeamViewer Corporate or Tensor licenses.
