Samsung Galaxy S26 family will launch in January with or without Plus member. A new rumor today tells us that Samsung has a surprise planned for the Galaxy S26 series.
The base S26 will feature a new sensor in the main camera. If this rumor is true, it will still have a 50 MP resolution but the Samsung ISOCELL sensor will be replaced. This sensor has been in the Galaxy S25 since the Galaxy S23.

Although it’s not clear which sensor will replace it, it’s likely that it hasn’t yet been officially announced.
These are the only details that were supposedly released today. It’s not much, but there is a chance that the S26 will get a newer, better main camera.
