This is in line with its name. Two new open-source models, “gpt-oss-20b” “gpt-oss-120b,” and”gpt-oss-20b”have been spotted by HuggingFace. This AI platform hosts models.
HuggingFace has the models before they are released to the public.
This is done to prepare for the release.
OpenAI appears to have begun sharing open weight models with external organizations such as HuggingFace. We’ll probably see more references to open weights as OpenAI prepares the release.
