The Xiaomi Wi-Fi Range Extender has now been released in Europe. This home accessory was first listed on the global website of the brand earlier this year. It is designed to extend Wi-Fi coverage in larger homes.
Now at the Xiaomi online shop in countries like Spain Italyis where you can purchase the Wi-Fi range extender AX1500 at EUR39.99. It is expected that other European countries will release it in the near future. The brand’s UK website has a dedicated support page .
The product listing states that the Xiaomi Wi-Fi Range Extender AX1500 can support wireless speeds up to 1,501 Mbps over 2.4 GHz or 5 GHZ frequency band. The company claims that it can provide “lag-free streaming and gaming”. Two indicator lights are located on the front of the device. You can use them to determine the best position for the WiFi extender. There is also a Gigabit Ethernet connection, which can be used to connect wired devices such as a TV or a game console.
