Reviews on the Asus Rog Strix Scar 16
Source : 91mobiles.
Priced Rs. The Asus ROG Strix SCAR 16 (2025) is everything it claims to be. It delivers desktop-level performance, albeit in a heavy package. The Mini LED display looks stunning, and the keyboard is easy to use. The thermal and build design are also excellent. It’s not perfect, though. It feels like a missed chance to use a Gen4 SSD for this price, especially when competitors offer faster Gen5 storage. Battery life could be improved, fan profiles could be tweaked and NVIDIA’s Optimus technology could use some work. This is still a very capable machine. It’s not just good for gaming but also for multitasking and content creation.

80%. Asus ROG Strix Scar 16 Review: Powerful and stylish. Nvidia’s GPU is quite good here, and only slightly behind the performance of larger systems. The Intel Core Ultra 9 CPU 275HX, a step down in performance from the 285Hx but still very fast, performs similarly. Asus’ design also has its advantages, with a nice “AniMe matrix” display on the lid of the laptop and decent build quality. The laptop’s battery was not great, despite Nvidia’s Optimus feature that can turn off the GPU under certain circumstances. The physical ports that line the sides of this laptop are also inconvenient. The Scar 16 is priced at $3,299.99. This is in the middle of its direct competitors. However, most are within a few hundred dollars.

85%. Asus ROG Strix Scar 16 Review (2025 G635LW Model – RTX-5080, Ultra 9 275HX).
Source : Ultrabook Review. The It runs at higher temperatures, but does not compromise performance or capabilities. The RTX 5080 configuration we tested is more affordable than the RTX 5090, but still expensive. The screen is what will ultimately determine whether this product is worth the price, as it’s one of the only ones in this space that offers a matte mini LED display with the latest-generation specs.
