among the various announcements made at Google’s “Made by Google 2025” event showcased some interesting new AI-editing options in the Pixel photo editorwhich could be of great help to digital marketers. Google’s latest AI models are used to add conversational edit capabilities to Pixel’s updated Photo Editor. This will make it easier for you to customize your images. As you can see from these examples, you will now be able edit your photos using conversational prompts. This will give you greater capacity to customize and refine content directly within the app.
According to Google:
Thanks to advanced Gemini capabilities in Photos, you can now make custom AI-powered editing that brings your vision to life within seconds. No need to adjust sliders or select tools. You can ask Photos to show you the edits that you want.
You can make multiple requests with a single prompt, such as’remove reflections and fix washed-out colors’. If you are unsure where to begin, you can start by typing’make it’ or saying’make better’.
Google is also implementing C2PA Content Credentials in the native camera app for all photos taken by Pixel Camera with or without AI.
Google also announced a collaboration between Instagram and Pixel devices to improve the capture for IG Stories.
A few useful updates that could be very valuable for digital marketers.
Google has announced that the new AI updates to the Google camera will only be available on Pixel 10 devices. C2PA Content Credentials will be rolled out “over the next few weeks” on both Android and iOS.
