BYD Denza, a luxury brand of BYD, announced on March 21 its flagship sports utility vehicle the N9. The N9 features a number of technology features, including what BYD calls the world’s very first integrated vehicle mounted drone system, and an advanced driver assist software suite powered by NVIDIA processor. The full-size plug-in hybrid crossover is spacious and measures 5.3 meters long with a wheelbase exceeding 3.1 meters. It is slightly larger than competitors’ offerings, such as Li Auto’s L9 or the Aito M9. The electric vehicle giant claimed that its assisted driving technology allows the car to automatically navigate around complex urban areas. A DJI drone can also automatically take off, track and capture travel moments through a collaboration between two Chinese tech companies. The Denza N9 can travel 1,302 kilometers (809 mi) on a full tank of fuel and a full charge.
