Alibaba Cloud announced on January 8th that the Tongyi Lingma artificial intelligence programmer was fully launched. It supports both VS Code and JetBrains IDEs. It claims to cover both front-end and rear-end development.
In the official statement, it was stated that in the past, pure manual development would require collaboration between front-end, back-end, and data management engineers, and would take at least a half-day. With Tongyi Lingma, a programmer is able to complete the entire development in just 10 minutes.
Tongyi Lingma AI programmers introduces for the first ever multi-file code editing capability. AI programmers can automate multi-file coding tasks, such as requirement implementation and problem fixing. They can also generate unit tests in batches.
You can generate unit test in batches based on the current code changes or for multiple code files.
Tongyi Lingma AI has added various development abilities to this upgrade. These include context awareness, intent understanding and reflective iteration.
The collaboration process between AI programmers and developers will see both parties gradually complete coding through multiple-round dialogues. This will generate multiple snapshot versions, which developers can switch to or roll back as they please.
