Opera One now allows users to access Discord, Slack and Bluesky via the sidebar

Opera, the company’s web-browser focused on AI tools, released an update for Opera One on Tuesday. Opera One’s new version makes it easier to access Discord Slack and Bluesky from the sidebar, with just one click.

Update brings new features for Opera One

These shortcuts were previously available only in beta versions, but are now available with the latest version. Opera One. Integration with Discord and Slack joins integrations for WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Bluesky. Users can select which platforms they wish to enable from the sidebar.

The platform can be accessed via the Opera One sidebar once enabled. Users can now send messages to their favorite platform from within the web browser without having to leave it or open a separate tab.

The company stated in a press statement that “we’re integrating these new applications into the sidebar of Opera One to allow you to have quick and convenient accessibility while browsing, reducing the need for several tabs and apps open at the same time.”

Once you have installed the latest version, you can select the apps you wish to use by clicking on the three-dot icon in the sidebar. You can choose which apps you want to enable or disable. Opera One received new themes along with the new shortcuts. Opera Air, a new browser launched earlier this month by Opera, is focused on mindfulness features to help users relax when surfing the web.
