The Menlo Ventures report found enterprises prefer closed models, which Anthropic and OpenAI use. More than half of the enterprises responded that they do not use open source models. By 2025, only 13% of daily enterprise workloads will be using open source models. This is down from 19% in the beginning of the calendar year. Meta continues to dominate the open-source market.
