I use Claude and Premium chatGPT. I honestly don’t believe I could go back and do things the old-fashioned way.

From analyzing food databases to writing texts for groups, Naya uses AI, but she still edits to ensure accuracy.
I’m scoring food for health conditions. AI is very helpful, even if it means I have to fix some things here and there.
